Team Construction is moving on, or about August 25, 2016! Our new location is just east of 82nd Street and Metcalf in Overland Park. We are currently involved in renovating the space, and look forward to making it our new "home". Stay tuned for more information!  In August, 2015 Team Construction completed a complete building remodel project for SAVE, Inc., a non-profit who provides comprehensive housing solutions to socially and medically disadvantaged people. This project was a “gut job” resulting in offices, open office, training room, break room, restrooms and reception area. Team Construction completed an Interior renovation project for Advertising Agency AdFarm in February 2014. Project included converting an unoccupied century-old building into an office space for AdFarm that included a full MEP package, along with a reception area, private offices, open office, conference rooms, copy areas and break rooms. The project showcased open ceilings and reclaimed lumber throughout. This project was featured as a “coolest office space” in the July/August 2014 issue of KC Business Magazine. http://www.thisiskc.com/2014/07/kansas-city-coolest-office-spaces-adfarm/ In January 2013 Team Construction completed an Interior renovation project for Digital Ally, Inc, a technology-driven company specializing in advanced digital law-enforcement surveillance equipment. Project included demo and build-out for offices, open office, training room and conference room, restrooms and 2 story reception area. |
