Completed in July 2025, this 15,000 SF tenant improvements project spanned 2 floors in the historic Corrigan Station building in Kansas City, Missouri.

Team Construction finished the 5th floor remodel for Safety Culture in September 2022, after completing their 6th floor remodel in 2018.  Their space includes a new custom stair joining the 2 floors, as well as a bar, open plan seating and flexible meeting spaces.

Completed in June of 2022, this project for DiPasquale Moore Attorneys covered 2 floors for a total of  34,714 RSF.

Team Construction completed a two-phased interior tenant improvement project for Prime Capital in February 2022.  The pictures are from the 8,188SF first floor, completed in October, 2021.

16,000 SF Interior Tenant Finish for TTEC Services Corporation in Overland Park, Kansas.  Completed in November 2021.

Team Construction recently completed renovations on John A. Marshall Co.’s Lenexa, Kansas headquarters. John A Marshall Company specializes in commercial furnishings, flooring and architectural products.

Team has been involved in a multi-story renovation for Sun Life Financial offices at 2323 Grand Blvd in KCMO.  Pictures above are from the 6th floor phase, completed in January of 2020.

Completed in September 2019, this remodel included ​conference and break rooms, open office and private offices with full-height glass walls and pivot doors.  The reception area and elevator lobby showcase slat wood ceilings, a quartz waterfall edge reception desk and illuminated signage. A centrally located multipurpose room with large island, café area and booth seating is surrounded by full height glazing walls.  

Finished in April 2019, TranSystem's remodel incorporates private and open office space, conference and break rooms with a full MEP package and a new stair opening between floors.

Completed in December of 2018, this remodel has wide open spaces and modern finishes. The space features a large kitchen island, huddle areas and a wood feature wall with presentation wall and stage.

In August 2018 Team completed an interior remodel for Terracon's new office HQ.  Also included was a testing laboratory, a concrete cure room, dock addition and landscaping.

Team recently completed a 22,000SF remodel in Overland Park, Kansas for Retail Success. The space includes open office and private offices with glass walls/doors, conference room, and fitness center.  It also boasts a bistro and executive lounge area.

​Team Construction has completed the tenant finish project for Stephens & Associates Advertising. The interior layout is a combination of private and open office configuration, with glass front offices and reclaimed walnut accent walls. The full MEP package features energy-efficient LED lighting throughout the space, and has acoustical clouds in the employee/customer lounge areas.
